Ancient Tomorrow follows real life adventurer/chemical engineer, JJ Yosh, as he leads trained specialists on an expedition to Ancient Sites around the globe on a mission to piece together an Ancient Power Technology that may be the key to our future survival.

JJ and his team (Survivalist & Climber - Rex Pemberton, Energy Scientist - Dan Shaw, Historical Psychic - Aiden Chase, Anthropologist - Adrienne Rusk, Botanist - Maja D’Aoust, Pre-Incan Archaeologist - TeeJay Casado) race to Bolivia, in search of the Golden Sun Disc, an ancient electrical device that can harness energy from the sun.

But its not long before they find themselves in a thrilling scramble around the globe as they must climb the highest mountains, descend into the darkest caverns, crawl through unexplored labyrinths, raft on wild rivers, explore forbidden ruins, enter sacred villages, encounter lost tribes, and face personal hurdles to uncover the speculative science and ancient culture surrounding this controversial and guarded technology, before the mysterious galactic alignment in 2012.
